The tournament takes place at Pleasant Valley Trout Farm in Sparta, Ontario, operated by Bob Bishop. The facility encompasses a 50-acre property featuring multiple stocked ponds with depths reaching 18 feet.

Currently coordinated by East Elgin Secondary School staff members Tim Bubb-Clarke and Katherine Russell.
